Job summary

PK Education Birmingham is recruiting School Cleaners to cover a range of Secondary schools across South Birmingham. The role offers flexible hours to fit around commitments, with both short and long-term assignments available.

Ideal candidates may have cleaning experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. DBS on Update Service is desirable, and the company promotes regular ongoing work with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service desirable (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, offices, corridors, toilets, dining areas, and other communal spaces.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the school.
• Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with health and safety procedures.
• Follow site-specific cleaning schedules and instructions.
• Empty bins, replenish consumables, and ensure areas are left clean and presentable.
• Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or concerns to the Site Manager or Supervisor.

We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking School Cleaners to join our bank team, providing cover across a range of Secondary schools in South Birmingham.
