Caterlink is hiring a Chef Manager at Cold Aston Primary School to ensure nutritionally balanced and tasty food for pupils and staff. This term-time only role has no weekends, offering flexibility and a stable schedule.

The Chef Manager will lead kitchen operations, supervise staff, manage inventories and budgets, and act as the primary client contact in the school, delivering consistent high standards and improvements where needed.

Qualifications

• To prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
• Ensure Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations are followed.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the location meets statutory and company requirements.
• Manage inventories, budgets and action plans for day-to-day running.
• Be the main client contact at the school and implement improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and financial targets with line manager.
• Train and support teams to excel in their roles.
