School Chef Manager

School Chef Managers DBS NEEDED

Berkeley Scott, the country’s leading hospitality agency, is looking for Chef Managers to work with our broad range of clients within our Education settings across West London and London.

We are looking for dedicated and hard-working individuals who can manage small and large teams within school environments. We have both temporary and permanent positions available.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing teams, including supporting with HR matters, rotas, and training
• Cooking and preparing nutritious meals in mass
• Creating menus within regulations and being hyper aware of allergens
• Liaising with school staff
• Monitoring and being responsible for budgets
• Managing and ordering stock
• Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed in a timely and acceptable manner

Our jobs are generally Monday to Friday, offering a variety of shift patterns starting from 7/8 and finishing at 3/4/5/6 pm (these times may vary).

These flexible opportunities offer pay starting from £20 – £22 per hour.

To work for us in one of our Schools/Care homes you will need:

• Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child workforce)
• Right to Work in the UK
• 2x Employment References
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a similar environment as a Chef
• Food and Safety Certificates (including Level 3 Food Safety Certificate)
• Excellent timekeeping skills
