Job summary

Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking an ambitious Chef to create exceptional food experiences on a part-time 22.5-hour week, contracted to 42.6 weeks per year.

You will prepare delicious meals, oversee menu changes, identify improvements, listen to feedback, and support new concepts. Maintain high hygiene standards and represent Chartwells with a positive brand image. Note: successful applicants will undergo pre-employment checks, including an enhanced DBS disclosure.

Qualifications

• Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
• Must possess Food Hygiene certificate.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Experience in a similar Chef role.

Job description

We're currently recruiting an ambitious Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Chartwells on a part time basis contracted to 22.5 hours per week. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving the kind of food that truly brightens our clients' and customers' days, all within the market-leading food service company in the UK.
