Job summary

Holroyd Howe is recruiting a Catering Team Member for Winterfold House School. This term-time, part-time role supports the day-to-day food service, ensuring pupils, staff and visitors receive meals served with care and efficiency.

You will join a team of professionals dedicated to safe allergen practices, high standards and customer service. The role offers training, flexible hours 11:00–14:00 Mon-Fri, and the chance to grow within a leading contract caterer.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract or high-volume catering.
• Good Health & Safety knowledge.
• Flexible, customer-focused and enthusiastic.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation, service and presentation of food to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and service areas.
• Assist with labeling, temperature checks and allergen controls.
• Provide excellent customer service to pupils, staff and visitors.
• Set up and clear service areas, ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all food safety, health & safeguarding procedures.
• Contribute to hospitality events and out-of-hours functions.
• Champion allergen controls in daily tasks.
