Bolton Council is recruiting for school meal service staff across the borough. You will assist in basic food preparation, cooking and helping in dining room service across multiple schools.

Duties include cleaning equipment and ensuring hygiene standards are met in a busy, school-based environment. The roles offer term-time hours, with various weekly hours, including 10–20 hours per week, across different schools.

The Role

The school meal service is looking for staff in various locations across the borough to assist in the basic preparation and cooking of food and beverages, setting up the dining room and service of food and beverages. Cleaning of kitchen equipment, crockery and utensils ensuring hygiene standards are met.

Oxford Grove C P School - 10hr per week
St John R C P School (Bromley Cross) - 10 hours per week
Hardy Mill C P School - 12.5 hours per week
Eagley Infant - 10 hours per week
The Gates C P School - 10 hours per week
Walmsley School - 15 hours per week
Markland Hill School - 10 hours per week
Blackrod C P School - 10 hours per week
Bishop Bridgeman School - 17.5 and 12.5 hours per week
Ladywood Special School - 10 hours per week
Claypool C P School 20 hours per week
St Georges C E P School 12.5 hours per week
