Job summary

Responsibilities

• Preparing basic cold foods, including salads and sandwiches.
• Using microwave to heat food as required.
• Serving students and staff at counters and tills.
• Washing up dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Cleaning kitchen and café areas and surfaces.
• Restocking outlets and vending machines.
• Receiving and storing deliveries.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Occasional evening or holiday work when required.
