Warkworth Primary School is seeking a friendly and reliable Catering Assistant to support the busy kitchen and provide nutritious meals for the children.

The successful candidate will help ensure meal times run smoothly, with duties including basic food preparation, serving lunches and keeping the kitchen clean and organised. The role is permanent, 20 hours per week, term time plus 5 days, with benefits including CPD opportunities and EAP.

• Assisting with basic food preparation, cooking and service of food and drinks.
• General kitchen duties, including washing up and cleaning equipment.

• Ensuring documentation is completed per policy.
• Stocktaking and daily monitoring sheets.
