Job summary

Vale of Glamorgan Council is seeking an enthusiastic Catering Assistant for Ysgol Gymraeg Bro Morgannwg. You will assist in all kitchen areas, help set up the dining hall, serve meals and maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment.

The role is term-time only, 10 hours per week, paid at £13.45 per hour (Grade 1, SCP 3, pro rata). DBS check required; main place of work is Ysgol Gymraeg Bro Morgannwg.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist in all areas of the kitchen to achieve the required standards.
• Approachable manner.
• Commitment and teamwork towards the service.

• Setting up the dining hall and equipment.
