Job summary

Vale of Glamorgan Council in Barry, Wales is seeking an enthusiastic Catering Assistant for Ysgol Gymraeg Bro Morgannwg. You will set up the dining hall, serve meals, wash up, and clear away equipment, contributing to high standards in a friendly school environment.

The role is 5 days a week, 10 hours per week, term time only, with Grade 1 SCP 3 and £13.45 per hour (pro rata). DBS Enhanced check is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist in all areas of the kitchen to achieve the required standards.
• Approachable manner when working with pupils, colleagues and staff.
