Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, filing and general office management duties.
• Liaise professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver customer-focused service.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
• Undertake additional duties to support organisational objectives.
