Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, filing, and general office management duties.
• Support the preparation and organisation of materials, resources, and facilities as required.
• Liaise professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent customer-focused service.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with organisational procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by offering flexible support where needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety guidelines and organisational policies.
• Undertake additional duties as required to support organisational objectives.
