Job summary

Apleona UK is seeking a School Caretaker in Livingston, West Lothian. The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) with shifts from 6:00am–2:30pm or 11:00am–7:30pm, with possible later hours for closing the school.

Salary is £28,072.84 and a benefits package including discounts, cycle to work, virtual GP and more. You will open and secure the building, perform regular inspections, and report safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Experience in carrying out minor maintenance duties.
• Great time keeping.
• Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Open the school and secure the school at night according to your shift pattern.
• Undertake regular building and grounds inspections and report maintenance issues and safety concerns.
