Job summary

Une école autour de Derby recherche un Caretaker/Lettings Assistant pour un poste temporaire à temps partiel, avec possibilité de devenir permanent. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une expérience de gardien de sécurité dans un environnement scolaire, de bonnes compétences en maintenance et dispose d'un DBS amélioré. Les heures de travail sont de 8h à 16h, lundi à mercredi, avec un engagement envers la sécurité des jeunes.

Qualifications

• Expérience en tant que Caretaker dans une école ou un collège.
• Connaissances en santé & sécurité et conformité.
• Titulaire d'un DBS amélioré, disponible pour commencer ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Assister avec les vérifications mensuelles essentielles sur site.
• Gérer les processus de location de l'établissement.

Job description

My client is looking for a Caretaker/Lettings Assistant to work at a School around the Derby area. This is a Part-time Temporary Position to start ASAP to work on an ongoing basis and it does the have potential to become Permanent for the right candidate.

You will be expected to work the following hours:
8am-4pm (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday)

Candidates should have the following:
• School Caretaker experience ideally in a School/College
• Good maintenance skills and knowledge of Compliance and Health & Safety on a school site to assist with the mandatory site monthly checks and lettings processes
• Relevant skills including being organised and reliable, and able to use their initiative
• Hold a current Enhanced DBS and be available to start ASAP
