Job description

My client is looking for a Caretaker to work at a School around the Langley Green area. This is a Full-time Temporary Position to start ASAP to work on an ongoing basis and it does have the potential to become Permanent for the right person.

You will be expected to work the following hours on a split shift:
6.30am-10.30am & 2.30pm-6pm (Monday-Friday)

To be considered YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
• Previous experience working as a School Caretaker/Site Manager
• Hold a current Enhanced DBS
• Be available to start ASAP

Your Duties will include:
• Open and close school daily
• Ensure our car park at the start and end of the school day is manned
• Opening and closing gates at the start and end of the school day
• Ensuring the playground is tidy and clean daily
• Ensuring the classroom bins are emptied daily by cleaning staff and helping cleaning staff to empty the bins if they are struggling
• Ensuring milk and fruit for the children is bought into school and stored correctly,
• Ensuring the weekly bins collections are taking place.
