Overview

My client is looking for a Caretaker to work at a School around the Erdington area. This is a Part-time Temporary Position to start on Monday 22nd September 2025 on an ongoing basis.

Hours

• w/c 22nd September: 12pm-4pm (Monday-Friday)
• w/c 29th September onwards: 2pm-6pm (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities

• Maintain school premises with good maintenance skills.
• Assist with compliance and Health & Safety on a school site (Fire alarms, Legionella).

Qualifications

• School Caretaker experience, with good maintenance skills and knowledge of Compliance and Health & Safety on a school site (Fire alarms, Legionella).
• Key skills include being organised and reliable, able to use their initiative, and have good time management.
• Hold a current Enhanced DBS and be available to start ASAP.
