Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance of school premises and facilities.

• Supervise external contractors working on-site and liaise with the Site Manager.
• Maintain and monitor the security of the school, including operating heating and lighting systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
• Support the school in preparing for events and activities, including room setups.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in a caretaking, maintenance, or similar role.
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of operating heating plants and security systems.
• Proficiency in minor DIY tasks, such as plumbing and decorating.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
