Job Description
Job Duties:
  • Ensure the school premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
  • Monitor and maintain heating, lighting, and security systems
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling processes
  • Assist with setting up for events and activities
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
Education:
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
Experience:
  • Experience in caretaking or facilities management
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of basic maintenance tasks
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
  • First Aid certification
  • Health and Safety training
Working Conditions:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
