Job summary

Impact Food Group (IFG) is seeking a Catering Assistant for The Howard of Effingham School in Leatherhead. You will join our school catering team to deliver friendly, efficient service and maintain high hygiene standards during term-time hours.

Working Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 15:00, 30 hours per week across 38 weeks, the role includes food preparation, serving at the counter, till operation, and keeping areas clean.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in catering or retail preferred.
• Willing to work 30 hours/week during term time.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the catering team to provide a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service.
• Assist in preparing food and snacks for the site.
• Serve customers at the counter and operate the till.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
