Job summary

Impact Food Group (IFG) is recruiting a Catering Assistant for Snowfields Academy Cranbrook College in Cranbrook, TN17 2PJ. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9:30am–2:30pm (25 hours per week) during 37 teaching weeks per year, term-time only, with pay of £13,027.75 per annum.

You’ll join a friendly catering team, help with food prep, serve at the counter, handle the till, and keep kitchens and dining areas clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, ideally from catering or retail.
• Willingness to work term-time schedule.
• Able to work 9:30am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the catering team to provide a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service.
• Assist in preparing food and snacks for the site.
• Serve customers at the counter and operate the till.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
