SCHOOL BUSINESS MANAGER Shirley Heath Junior School
TERM: To begin September 2025 Permanent, term time.
SALARY: Band E £31,586 to £42,708 pro rata HOURS: 32.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per term (term time, Inset days plus one week)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking, well-motivated School Business Manager to join our supportive team. As School Business Manager, you will be expected to provide a confidential and efficient, high quality support service in the areas of finance, premises management, HR and administration to facilitate the smooth running of the school, including providing daily support to the Head Teacher and line management support to financial administration staff, the Site Manager and Kids’ Club Manager. You will also be part of Senior Leadership meetings when necessary. You will be an excellent communicator, forward-thinker and creative leader who is able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
