Governors are looking to appoint an ambitious and experienced School Business Manager at Caldicot School who can provide expertise and lead in all areas of Business Management, including Operational Leadership, Estate Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance and Procurement ensuring internal procedures meet the required internal and external audit regulations and who would be open to the opportunity to work across schools.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified, professional school leader who can work effectively in our school to support the school in all non-teaching elements to join an improving school, with high expectations and aspirations to become an outstanding school.

All members of our support staff play a crucial role in assisting learning within the school. As the school's Business Manager, the role is invaluable in supporting the efficient use of resources at school. The post would suit an individual who is capable of taking the initiative and content working independently. At the same time, the appointed post-holder should have an 'eye for detail' and have a strong background in finance and/or HR. Experience of working within a school or similar environment is preferred.

SALARY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Salary would be pro rata if not working full time hours or 52 weeks per year. i.e. 37 hours per week / 32.5 per week for School Teachers

Location: Caldicot School, NP26 5XA, United Kingdom. This may change in the future if the service location needs to relocate. Relocation or disturbance expenses will not be paid if this happens.
