School Business Manager required for September 2025

Contract: Part Time, Permanent

Band E

Gross Salary £37,035 to £42,708

Pro Rata Salary £26,350 to £30,387 depending on experience

Term time plus one week (40 weeks) with one additional week by negotiation.

30 hours per week, flexible, including evening Governors’ meetings.

Blossomfield Infant and Nursery School are looking for a School Business Manager to support the Governors and Headteacher in the Management of the school's finances.We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking, well-motivated School Business Manager to join our supportive team.As School Business Manager,you will be expected to provide a confidential and efficient, high quality support service in the areas of finance, premises management, HR and administration to facilitate the smooth running of the school, including providing daily support to the Head Teacher and line management support to the administration team and the Site Manager. You will also be part of Senior Leadership meetings when necessary. You will be an excellent communicator, forward-thinker and creative leader who is able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills.

• Is able to manage a budget successfully and efficiently

• Can take ownership for their work and use their initiative
