Eden Girls’ School, Slough, a Star school with Outstanding Ofsted rating, is seeking a proactive business support team member. You will support pupils, staff and external partners, contributing to an excellent learning environment and smooth operation of school services.

The role requires strong organisational and ICT skills, plus the ability to communicate clearly with Governors and external agencies. DBS checks and safeguarding compliance form part of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*- C.
• Management experience within a public/private sector setting.
• Experience in financial, HR, business and/or premises operations.
• Good knowledge of effective ICT administration systems.
• The ability to communicate verbally with, and write reports for, a range of stakeholders, including Governors and external agencies.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a talented individual to provide an exceptional business support service to our pupils, teachers and wider stakeholders. As a key member of our school’s business support team, your expertise will help to deliver an outstanding learning environment for our young people.

The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and specialist technical skills. You will have extensive experience of delivering outstanding customer service and possess the ability to develop relationships across our school and the Star community.

You will have:

• 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*- C.
