Job summary

St Edward's Prep School & Nursery in Reading is seeking a dynamic School Business Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team. You will work with the Head to drive educational and financial goals, lead support staff, and ensure excellent resource management and service quality.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position (with possible part-time options) and a salary of £45,000–£48,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in school administration or similar leadership role.
• Ability to manage diverse operations including HR, finance, facilities and safety.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leadership and staff.
