We are looking to appoint a hard-working, pro-active and strategic School Business Manager to join our brilliant team here at South Gosforth First School. The School Business Manager (SBM) plays an important role in supporting the operational leadership of our school, working closely with the Head teacher and the Senior Leadership Team. The SBM will be responsible for the management of non-teaching functions and premises, ensuring that the school operates efficiently and effectively. The SBM will be solution-focused and adaptive, playing a key role in supporting the strategic vision of the school and ensuring that the school budget is managed effectively to implement this vision. They will also demonstrate excellent people skills and take a hands-on approach to ensure the successful day-to-day running of the school.

Please note, hard copy applications will not be accepted. Visits to the school for interested candidates will take place on Wednesday 1st of October at 9.30am and Monday 6th of October at 4.30pm. Interviews are expected to be scheduled during week commencing 13th of October – exact date and time to be confirmed with shortlisted candidates.
