Salary: From £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Academics is currently recruiting for a skilled School Business Manager to join a school in the Dartford area. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in the leadership and management of school operations.

The Role
  • Overseeing the strategic and operational management of school finances, HR, premises, and administration.
  • Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Managing budgets, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Supporting staff management processes and maintaining robust administrative systems.
Requirements
  • Proven School Business Manager or similar role experience within a school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of SIMS / SCR (Single Central Record) and safeguarding procedures.
