Are you an experienced School Business Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a highly motivated and professional School Business Manager to join a thriving educational setting and play a key role in supporting its continued success.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Management - overseeing budgets, procurement, payroll, and ensuring best value across all services.
  • Human Resources - leading on recruitment, compliance with safer recruitment, maintaining the Single Central Record, and managing HR systems.
  • Administration & Compliance - ensuring statutory returns are completed, managing data systems, and overseeing GDPR.
  • Premises & Facilities - managing health and safety, site security, and liaising with contractors on maintenance and capital projects.
  • Public Relations & Income Generation - developing strong community links, supporting fundraising, and seeking opportunities for income generation.
About You
  • Experience of financial planning and budget management.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
