Metroline Manchester is a recently formed subsidiary of ComfortDelGro. In March 2024, we were awarded contracts to operate four franchises and join the Bee Network in Greater Manchester by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA). Metroline was formed in 1989, and is the fourth largest bus operator in London, running about 17 percent of the city’s scheduled bus services. It has been part of the largest private land transport company, Comfort DelGro, since 2000. Job Summary

Pay: £17 per hour (increased rate for weekends & BH)

Hours:

• Full-time, 38 hours – Monday to Friday, split shifts between 6am-6pm (school routes)

Responsibilities

• Ensure your bus is kept clean and roadworthy
• Drive safely in accordance with current road and traffic legislation, executing challenging manoeuvres when required
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
• Maintain professionalism while ensuring smooth and safe transportation for passengers
• Collaborate with the team and support functions to exceed performance targets
• Work with management to address malfunctions or suggest improvements
