Reed Education, in partnership with Lancashire County Council (Lancashire Teaching Agency), is recruiting for School Admin, School Business Managers, and Bursars to join our team in the Lancaster area.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications, experience, and attributes:

  1. A high standard of communication skills, with accurate spelling and grammar.
  2. Previous experience in a similar role.
  3. Recent experience working in a school office or a similar setting.
  4. Experience using school administrative and financial systems, including SIMS.
  5. A commitment to professional development and a willingness to learn.
  6. Hardworking, flexible, and able to use initiative.
  7. The ability to develop good relationships with children and adults.
  8. A commitment to safeguarding.
  9. Availability on a part-time or full-time basis and ability to travel around the local area.
