Are you experienced in supporting pupils with additional behavioural needs? Do you enjoy supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in groups?
The Headteacher and wider Leadership Team wishes to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Behaviour Mentor to provide 1:1 support across Key Stage 3 & 4 pupils who have additional behavioural needs and SEN needs. This role will include working in partnership with the SENCO and wider school team. This role will involve working with students with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties and ensuring they overcome barriers to learners.
The successful candidate will work in supporting the pupils in engaging with their learning and social and emotional development. This will be a full-time role fromSeptember 2025 until the end of the academic year.
