• Provide classroom-based support to pupils across the school.
• Support students with behaviour, engagement and participation in learning.
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and day-to-day learning.
• Provide cover supervision and help maintain a calm, structured classroom environment.
• Support pupils with additional needs where appropriate.
• Build positive working relationships with pupils and staff.
