• Work within a multi‑agency team providing assessment, diagnosis and intervention for individual children
• Provide whole‑school support services and contribute to care planning and outcomes
• Liaise with schools, parents and professionals to coordinate care
• Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and professional standards
