A welcoming school team in Hambridge, Somerset, is looking for a passionate Speech and Language Therapist to provide tailored support for children’s speech, language, and communication needs. Offering up to £45,000 per annum, this role includes flexible part-time hours, allowing for an excellent work-life balance. Responsibilities involve collaboration with teaching staff, delivering individual and group therapy, training for parents and supporting educational strategies. Qualifications

• Experience working with children in educational or paediatric settings.
• Commitment to child-centred practice and inclusive education.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy programmes for children with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Work closely with teaching staff to embed communication-supportive strategies across the school day.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions tailored to pupil needs.
• Contribute to EHCPs, reviews, reports and collaborative planning meetings.
• Offer training, advice, and modelling to teachers, support staff, and parents.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with professional standards.
