Job summary

Soliant is hiring multiple Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based roles near Columbia, SC. positions are available full-time or part-time in the Midlands, with opportunities to join a supportive team and impactful programs.

Responsibilities include therapy, evaluation, IEP development, collaboration with staff and families, and thorough documentation. Active SC SLP license or eligibility is required and school experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible South Carolina SLP license
• Schools experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Knowledge of IEP process and school-based documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services in school settings
• Evaluate and treat students with communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Complete documentation and progress notes
