Job summary

Wight Healthcare in Southampton is seeking a qualified Education Mental Health Practitioner or Children's Wellbeing Practitioner to join our MHST. You will deliver early intervention mental health support directly within schools and colleges for mild to moderate difficulties.

You will combine clinical expertise with creativity and compassion, working with education settings to ensure support is accessible, timely, and impactful, helping young people understand their emotions and develop coping

Qualifications

• Qualified Education Mental Health Practitioner or Children's Wellbeing Practitioner.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with schools and communities to support wellbeing.

Responsibilities
