Job Description:

Summary: Provides dental diagnosis and treatment at Crosby & Wilby High Schools in Waterbury, focusing on routine and emergency care, and supports dental team training.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and plan treatments for dental patients, including emergencies.
2. Provide general dentistry services aligned with CHC's mission.
3. Assist with training and development of dental personnel, including students and residents.
4. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards.
5. Participate in continuing education and quality assurance activities.
6. Communicate effectively with patients and staff, maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications:

1. DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
2. Preferred GPR or AEGD certification or 1-2 years of experience.
3. Connecticut dental license, DEA license, and certification in CPR/AED.
4. Interest in serving diverse populations and bilingual skills preferred.
