Job summary

Queens Park Infant Academy is seeking a devoted Children and Family Support Worker to join our caring staff team. The role focuses on early pastoral, relational behaviour and preventative guidance for children and families within the school community.

You will work both individually and as part of the Inclusion and Safeguarding team, supporting the school's vision and values. Training will be provided to act as deputy safeguarding lead as required.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children and families thrive.
• Knowledge and experience in safeguarding.
• Resilient and able to work with diverse families.

Responsibilities

• Provide early pastoral, relational behaviour and preventative support to children and families.
• Signpost parents to external partners when needed.
• Work within the Inclusion and Safeguarding team and act as deputy designated safeguarding lead (training provided).
