About the Role:
As a Reprographics Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an efficient reprographics and learning resources service to students and staff. You will support the production and delivery of internal exam papers, booklets, and leaflets, and maintain all reprographics equipment, managing costs and stock levels.
Alongside reprographics duties, you will be part of the main school reception team, supporting effective communication, dealing with queries, composing letters, ordering supplies, preparing items for postage, and managing visitor sign-in procedures and security clearance.
This is a front-facing role requiring an approachable, welcoming demeanor, excellent organisational skills, confidence in communication, and an understanding of safeguarding children.
