Are you a confident and experienced administrator looking for your next opportunity in the education sector?
We are currently supporting a vibrant and welcoming primary school in the M9 area of Manchester to find a dedicated School Administrator.
This is your chance to play an essential role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy school office while supporting staff, pupils, and parents alike.

Position: School Administrator
Location: Manchester (M9)
Pay: £13.83 – £17.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-Time

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing general administrative tasks and office operations
  • Maintaining accurate pupil records, registers, and attendance systems
  • Acting as a key point of contact for parents, staff, and external agencies
  • Providing administrative support to the leadership team and teaching staff
  • Assisting with budgeting, resource management, and financial processes
  • Supporting the coordination of school trips, events, and activities
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and educational policies.

We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience working in a school office or similar administrative role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A calm, professional approach with the ability to multitask under pressure
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Smile Education)
  • Experience with school management systems is desirable but not essential.
