Are you an organised, professional and proactive individual with a passion for supporting young people and school communities? Tradewind Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in Cheshire East, seeking to appoint a School Administrator to join their dedicated support staff team from September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a friendly and approachable manner. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school's front office and wider administrative functions.



About the Role:

  • Full-time, term time only (Monday to Friday)

  • Starting September 2025

  • Supporting the Senior Leadership Team and Office Manager with administrative duties

  • Acting as the first point of contact for students, parents and visitors

  • Managing pupil data, attendance records, and school communications

  • Assisting with the organisation of school events, correspondence and filing systems

  • Liaising with teaching staff and external agencies as required



The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience in a school or office administration role (desirable but not essential)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong ICT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • The ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment

  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
