Position: School Admin Assistant

Salary: From £17,000 per annum

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Start Date: September

Simply Education is seeking a dedicated School Admin Assistant to join a supportive SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in the Boston area. This role is perfect for someone passionate about education and supporting the smooth running of a school that makes a difference in students’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the school’s front office, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate student records and update the school’s database.
  • Assist with the preparation of school documents and reports.
  • Support the coordination of school events and activities.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Provide administrative support to the school’s leadership team and teaching staff.
  • Ensure confidentiality and safeguarding procedures are adhered to at all times.
