Location: Chepstow

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30

Academics are working with a school in Chepstow who are looking for an Admin/Receptionist. This is a maternity cover position initially until Christmas to be extended until the end of the academic year.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting visitors, staff, and pupils in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answering incoming calls confidently and managing messages appropriately
  • Performing general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) to complete daily tasks
  • Supporting school staff with various administrative tasks as needed

  • Experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
