The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine is seeking a capable administrator to support the Scholarships team. The role focuses on day-to-day recruitment of scholarships, and maintenance of funding records for Masters, Research and Distance Learning scholarships. You will liaise with academics, students and external stakeholders, providing funding guidance.

This is a full-time 35 hours per week position based in London. Salary on LSHTM scale, Grade 4 (£34,741–£38,986 per annum pro rata).

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration environment with a strong customer service focus (essential).
• Excellent financial, IT and organisational skills are essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently, flexibly and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Support the day-to-day recruitment cycle of Scholarships.
• Monitor and maintain funding records for Masters, Research and Distance Learning scholarships students.
• Communicate with academics and students, provide funding guidance, liaise with Philanthropy/Finance and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate recruitment, support budget preparation and monitoring, act as first point of contact for operational queries.
• Work with Department Managers, Principal Investigators and Project Coordinators to support scholarship activities.
