The Role

As a Schemes Underwriter, you will deliver bespoke solutions for niche customer groups, working with our broker partners and contributing to our underwriting strategy and growth.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Providing excellent service to brokers and handling complex business
2. Driving profitable growth of schemes with the team
3. Challenging conventions and executing growth strategies
4. Staying updated on sector risks and exposures
5. Developing new products and propositions
6. Mentoring junior team members
7. Shaping underwriting strategy and managing key broker relationships
8. Operating within the Consumer sub-sector
