Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Schemes Supervisor for Highways/Civils projects in South East/London. The ideal candidate will have essential qualifications including a CSCS Gold card, extensive experience in highways, and strong commercial capabilities. This role offers a competitive daily rate and an initial duration of 6 months.

Qualifications

• Experience with Main contractors.
• Experience working on large scale projects.
• LA experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inductions and staff briefings.
• Assist in maintenance and preparation of CPP.
• Monitor progress within the agreed programme.

Skills

Location: South East/London
Regions: Berkshire, Hampshire, London, South East, Surrey, Sussex

Day rate : £240 – £300pd

Duration : 6 months initially

Start Date : January 2019

Project Information : Working for one of the UK’s largest highway contractors working on multiple projects within the area, including; Term maintenance/Smart motorways.

To be suitable for the position you must have:

• Driving Licence

• CSCS (Gold card)

• SSSTS or SMSMTS

• Highways and High speed road network experience

• NRSWA (Street works supervisory accreditation)

• Main contractor experience

• LA experience

• Strong Commercially experience

• Experience of working on large scale projects

Responsibilities:

• Site inductions and staff briefings

• Assisting in maintenance and preparation of CPP

• Monitoring progress within the agreed programme

• Monitoring risk assessments and method statements

• Monitoring resourcing levels and increasing/decreasing where necessary
