The role

As a Schemes Supervisor, you will assist the construction manager in overseeing highway improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and compliant with regulations and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong highways engineering background, leadership skills, and experience managing complex projects.

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project schedules and collaborate with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.
• Maintain accurate daily site records, including photos, equipment, and labor resources.
• Assist in resolving site and construction issues, communicating changes to Scheme Engineer, Designers, and Quantity Surveyors.
• Conduct daily inspections of Traffic Management layouts, addressing issues promptly.
