What You'll Do:

• Manage and Grow a book of business valued at £250k-£300k in income, developing strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Take ownership of a specific scheme within the business, ensuring service excellence and delivering tailored solutions to clients.
• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to grow the book and achieve targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and support to clients.
• Negotiate and renew policies to maintain and increase client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Account Executive in the insurance industry, with a track record of managing and growing a portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of insurance schemes and client relationship management.
