Summary

A Tier One Principal Contractor, operating throughout England and Wales, delivering multi-disciplinary buildings and civil engineering projects for Network Rail, has an opportunity for a Scheme Project Manager. This role involves delivering high-value works and structures within the Rail sector, thriving in a fast-paced, reactive, and multifaceted environment. The focus will be primarily on civils asset management projects, on the Civils Eastern CAM framework, based from Sheffield.

Experience Required

• Experience with reactive Works Delivery Frameworks and delivery of mid-range projects (£250 - £600k)
• Civil Engineering Construction work, ideally in a railway environment (at least 5 years)
• Railway Safety Training - PTS / COSS / IWA

Role

As a Scheme Project Manager, you will manage daily rail and civil engineering projects within our portfolio, specifically focusing on Civils Asset Management projects. Projects typically range from £250k to £600k. You will oversee site teams to ensure compliance with site returns, commercial reporting, quality, and safety standards, to drive efficiencies across the Framework and assist with timely submissions of EWNs/compensation events.
