20 hours per week – Monday to Friday (flexible hours)
We have an opportunity for a Scheme Manager to join our Housing Operations team, based in Newmarket. As a Scheme Manager you will join a team of 10 and be responsible for providing a high-quality housing management service which will include providing tenancy advice, following up repairs for residents and promoting independent living. This is a rewarding role and is ideal for someone who has previous experience of working with older people in a housing management or care setting and aware of safeguarding concerns.

The full time equivalent salary for this role is £25,374 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to £26,159 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
